This includes special test procedures that simulate realistic road traffic conditions, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray equipment.



Gloss-turned wheels must pass additional tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray tests or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully passed may the wheels be included in the product range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light-alloy wheels.
