AMG alloy wheels not only improve the appearance of the vehicle, but also ensure maximum safety.



All wheels are precisely tailored to the vehicle in terms of their load capacity and dimensions. Before the alloy wheels can prove themselves as safe companions on all routes, they have to undergo an extensive development and testing process. Each wheel has to pass a large number of endurance tests, which are carried out in accordance with strict Mercedes-Benz standards and exceed the legal requirements. These include special test methods that simulate real road traffic conditions, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray machines.



Gloss-turned wheels must withstand additional tests such as highly corrosive salt spray or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed may the wheels be included in the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light-alloy wheels.



AMG light-alloy wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
