AMG light alloy wheels not only give the vehicle a more attractive appearance, but also ensure maximum safety.



Each wheel is precisely matched to the respective vehicle in terms of its load-bearing capacity and dimensions. Before the alloy wheels can become a safe companion on all journeys, they have to undergo a comprehensive development and testing process. Each wheel design must pass a series of stringent endurance tests based on Mercedes-Benz guidelines and exceeding the legal requirements. This includes special test procedures that mimic real road traffic situations, as well as examination of the materials in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.



Gloss-turned wheels must pass additional tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray tests or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed may the wheels be included in the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light-alloy wheels.



AMG light-alloy wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
