AMG forged wheels not only improve the appearance of the vehicle, but also ensure maximum safety.



Each wheel is precisely matched to the respective vehicle in terms of its load capacity and size. Before the forged wheels can become a safe companion on any journey, they have to undergo an extensive development and testing program. Each wheel design must undergo a series of stringent endurance tests in accordance with Mercedes-Benz guidelines, all of which exceed the legal requirements. These include special test procedures that simulate real road traffic conditions, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.



High-gloss turned or polished wheels must pass additional tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray tests or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully passed can the wheels be included in the product portfolio as genuine Mercedes-Benz forged wheels.



AMG forged wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
