suspension, restructuring of the engine plate: Unveiled at the IAA in Frankfurt in September 1985, the 300 SL R107 was a completely redesigned model in the SL series and became a true production record in the following years: by August 1989, a total of 237,287 vehicles from the SL 107 series had been produced in Sindelfingen. The hand-assembled precision model of the sporty roadster makes collectors' hearts beat faster and not only impresses with its paintwork in an authentic color, but also with its faithful reproduction of all interior details. The doors, hood and tailgate of the model car can be opened to reveal the high-quality interior of the car. A removable soft-top roof rounds off the features. The model car is supplied in Mercedes-Benz Classic packaging, which includes a screwdriver for easy removal and a glove to protect the model from fingerprints on the glazing or painted bodywork.
