The light-alloy wheels from Mercedes-Benz not only give the vehicle an attractive appearance, but also ensure the highest possible level of safety.



Each wheel is specially matched to the load requirements and dimensions of the vehicle. Each wheel model has to pass a series of stringent endurance tests in accordance with Mercedes-Benz standards, which far exceed the legal requirements. This includes special test procedures that simulate real road traffic conditions, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray equipment.



Gloss-turned wheels must also withstand tests such as highly corrosive salt spray or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed may the wheels be included in the product range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light alloy wheels.
