The light-alloy wheels from Mercedes-Benz not only give the vehicle an attractive appearance, but also ensure maximum safety.



Each wheel is precisely tailored to the vehicle in terms of its load capacity and dimensions. Before they can be considered a safe companion on all journeys, the alloy wheels have to undergo an extensive development and testing process. Each wheel design must pass various stringent tests in accordance with Mercedes-Benz guidelines, all of which exceed the legal requirements. These include special test methods that simulate real road traffic conditions, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.



Gloss-turned wheels must pass additional tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully passed can the wheels be included in the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light alloy wheels.



Mercedes-Benz light alloy wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
