This includes special test methods that mimic realistic road traffic situations, as well as examination of the materials in state-of-the-art X-ray machines.



Gloss-turned wheels undergo additional tests such as highly corrosive salt spray tests or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed can the wheels be included in the product portfolio as genuine Mercedes-Benz light alloy wheels.



Mercedes-Benz light alloy wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
