This includes hardness tests and examinations of the materials in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities that exceed the legal requirements. Bright-turned wheels must also pass highly corrosive salt spray tests and a 28-day climate change program. Only after all tests have been passed may the wheels be added to the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light-alloy wheels. The scope of delivery includes Mercedes-Benz light-alloy wheels without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
