AMG light alloy wheels not only give the vehicle an attractive appearance, but also ensure maximum safety.



Each wheel is precisely matched to the vehicle in terms of its load capacity and dimensions. Before the light alloy wheels can become a safe companion on every journey, they have to undergo an extensive development and testing process. Each wheel design must pass a large number of endurance tests, which are carried out in accordance with strict Mercedes-Benz guidelines and exceed the legal requirements. These include special tests that simulate real road traffic conditions, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.



Gloss-turned wheels must withstand additional tests such as highly corrosive salt spray or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been passed may the wheels be included in the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light-alloy wheels.



AMG light-alloy wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
