The Mercedes-AMG light-alloy wheels are specially matched to the load and dimensions of the vehicle and have undergone an extensive development and testing program. This program includes a large number of tests that even go beyond the legal requirements. These include endurance tests that simulate real challenges in road traffic, as well as examinations of the materials in modern X-ray facilities. Polished wheels are also tested for highly corrosive salt spray and a 28-day climate change program. Only after all tests have been passed are the wheels added to the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz light alloy wheels. Each wheel is delivered without tires, hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks to ensure maximum safety.
