AMG forged wheels not only enhance the aesthetics of the vehicle, but also ensure maximum safety.



Each wheel is precisely matched to the respective vehicle in terms of its load capacity and dimensions. However, before the forged wheels are approved as reliable companions on all journeys, they have to undergo an extensive development and testing program. Each wheel design has to pass various endurance tests, which are carried out in accordance with strict Mercedes-Benz guidelines and far exceed the legal requirements. This includes special test procedures that simulate real road traffic conditions, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.



Gloss-turned or polished wheels must pass additional tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray tests or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully passed may the wheels be included in the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz forged wheels.



AMG forged wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
