AMG forged wheels not only give the vehicle an improved appearance, but also ensure the highest possible level of safety.



Each wheel is precisely matched to the vehicle in terms of load capacity and size. Before the forged wheels are allowed to prove themselves as reliable companions on every journey, they have to undergo an extensive development and testing process. Each wheel design has to pass a large number of endurance tests, which are carried out in accordance with strict Mercedes-Benz standards and far exceed the legal requirements. These include special test procedures that simulate realistic road traffic situations, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.



High-gloss turned or polished wheels must withstand additional tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully passed may the wheels be included in the product range as genuine Mercedes-Benz forged wheels.



AMG forged wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
