AMG forged wheels not only contribute to the aesthetic improvement of the vehicle, but also ensure maximum safety.



Each wheel is precisely tailored to the vehicle in terms of load and dimensions. Before the forged wheels can become a safe companion on all journeys, they have to undergo an extensive development and testing program. Each wheel design must pass a large number of hardness tests in accordance with the strict Mercedes-Benz guidelines, all of which exceed the legal requirements. This includes special test procedures that simulate real road traffic situations, as well as material tests in state-of-the-art X-ray facilities.



Gloss-turned or polished wheels must pass additional tests, such as highly corrosive salt spray tests or a 28-day climate change program. Only when all tests have been successfully completed can the wheels be included in the range as genuine Mercedes-Benz forged wheels.



AMG forged wheels are supplied without tires, wheel hub caps, valve caps, wheel bolts and wheel locks.
