The high balance ratio full counterweight places weights on the arms on both sides of the crankpin to increase the counterweight's balance ratio against the piston’s up-and-down motion and crankpin rotational inertia, reducing vibration and minimizing bending to prevent uneven bearing contact. The edge-shaped counterweight reduces resistance and load from hitting the oil in the pan during rotation by sharpening both ends of the weight. The X design with two-port lubrication increases oil supply from two crank journals, improving resistance to bearing seizure. WPC processing of the crank pulley mount prevents seizing problems with an enhanced seizure resistance effect.
