1. Customer Support & Sales Manager (On-site, Vilnius)

Salary: from €1000/month (depending on experience)
Employment type: Full-time, on-site at our Vilnius office

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via email, chat, and CRM

• Assist customers with product selection and compatibility (VIN lookup training provided)

• Prepare offers, invoices, and order confirmations

• Track shipments and handle order-related inquiries

• Maintain high service standards and business communication tone

Requirements:

• Fluent Russian, confident written English (technical reading)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a structured environment and follow processes

• Previous experience in customer support, auto parts, logistics, or B2B sales is a plus

2. Magento / PHP Developer

Salary: from €2000+ depending on technical level
Format: Hybrid / Remote possible after onboarding

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain functionality for Magento 2

• Integrate external APIs, payment gateways, logistics systems

• Optimize performance (caching, indexing, MySQL query optimization)

• Work collaboratively with product and operations teams

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Magento 2

• PHP 7/8, MySQL, Composer, Git proficiency

• Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6), jQuery, Knockout.js

• Experience with server environments (Linux / Ubuntu) is a plus

Preferred:

• Experience with Elasticsearch, Redis, Hyvä, custom module development

3. Marketing & Advertising Specialist (Performance / Content / SMM)

Salary: from €1000 + performance bonuses
Format: On-site or hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Manage digital marketing channels (Google Ads / Meta Ads / TikTok Ads)

• Create and publish content for website & social platforms

• Analyze campaign results and optimize based on performance metrics

• Prepare promotional materials and product marketing content

• Support brand development and communication strategy

Requirements:

• Strong written English and Russian

• Practical understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics

• High attention to detail and structured execution

• Experience in e-commerce / automotive field is an advantage
