The T3/T4 rebuild kit shaft nut TQ spec:

1. We highly suggest 2 drops of red Loctite
2. 28 inch pounds (not foot pounds)
3. If it is standard right hand thread an additional 1/4 of a turn, If it is reverse left hand thread then an additional 1/8 of a turn

Also, always, torque it this way, then loosen it up and do the procedure one more time, just to make sure you got all of the slack out the first time and everything seats.
